What Happened To LogoJeez?

What is LogoJeez up to? This bogus company stopped advertising on TechCrunch.com.

Are they out of business yet? If not, they should be. Keep the comments coming on this fraudulent company!

Hi i had a bad experience with logojeez..it was a disaster.. after i decided to order a logo to another site http://www.myperfectlogo.com they are incredibly cheaper compared to the others (just 99$) and they gave me 3 different versions of my logo, and when i asked for a revision they made me in the same day, i can say i am totaly satisfied with them, really fast and cheap company with good logos..

They are not out of business yet, they are still stealing and should be banned frm payment sites.
I ordered a logo design and got some very ugly logos, then when i requested a refund they would hang up the phone on me and not reply to emails. DO NOT USE LOGOJEEZ.

I ordered a set of logos and stationery from 5 designers at logojeez.com with unlimited revisions. The initial concepts were done by good artists. But as soon as you select one of their concept logos, you have to forget about the whole revision process. The guys doing the revisions are not the original designiers involved at the begining; they are completely incompetent, unless the only thing you want to do is to move a little bit things or change colors in the logo. As soon as it become more complex, you soon find out that they are never going to produce something good for you. I have noted that when your logo samples are ready at first, they do not send you an email reminder, because they want you to sleep on their 72 hours money back garantee. And when you call them, they always say, that the team is workig on the revisions. Only to find out later that you get again a piece of crap that any kid could do. This company is a big fraud. They use good artists at the very begining so that you buy into theur crap of revisions, and then it is over. And forget your money, they have charged you even before starting any work despite their promises that you don't have to oay before they product something you like. I hope this experience could be useful for someone else, because for me it was a complete lost of time and money. the only way to stop them is to stick together as a group, a classacrion and to sue logojeez.com for fraud and unfair practices. If we do this together we can close them. But if the only thing that happens is hearing complains with people not doing much, then we won't chanthe fact that they will comtinu to steal monry from honest people.

The logo's I received from Logojeez were no better than I could do on my own computer. When I asked for my refund as stated in their 'moneyback guarantee' I kept getting 'put off' and was told someone would 'get back to me'. I was told this each time I talked to someone. Then I was told I waited to long to get a refund. That is the way this company makes it's money. Not by providing logo's, but my suckering you in, and then keeping your money.

I am so glad to hear that I am not the only that has had a horrible experience with LogoJeez. My order was placed Jan 2007 but I did not receive my final files until six weeks later. I have called five times to request the copy of CD with the logo formats. To date, I have not received. I have filed a complaint with the BBB in a effort to get this resolved.

I would advise potential customers to look elsewhere for their logo designs.

The 2nd comment here promoting http://www.myperfectlogo.comi s a fake one. It also belongs to LogoJeez.com.

I personally don’t know well about LogoJeez, but I have some experience of working with LogoWorks.com and LogoDesignXperts.com. Both have good designers and with good productivity. LogoWorks.com does excellent work but their prices are comparatively higher than Xperts'. LogoDesignXperts can also provide you the same quality work within nominal prices. Both of them have excellent designers, fast delivery time, easy to contact, and their support is available all time.

I just had a terrible experience with them. Zero customer service, I've never met a company that has less concern for their customers, keeping customers before in my life.

All this after they badgered me into working with them, including calling me at 11:30 at night on a Friday.

STAY AWAY from LogoJeez.
